About the museum:
Drniš Municipal Museum was founded in 1971 in the house of the founder of the museum, Nikola Adžija, honorary conservator, antiquarian and lover of Drniš. The present name came to the museum when it was made an independent establishment in 2000. The lapidarium and the Collection of Works by Ivan Meštrović are open to the public. The rest of the museum display is now being put in order.
